This is the first session for all new adult clients. Together, we will discuss your reasons for seeking therapy, your medical history, and any relevant background information. We’ll also explore the different forms of hypnotherapy and therapeutic approaches available, so you can feel confident and informed about your treatment.

If you have booked an initial consultation beforehand, this session can be focused more fully on the hypnotherapy process itself, giving you additional time in hypnosis.

This session sets the foundation for your hypnotherapy journey and ensures the process is tailored to your unique needs and goals.

This first session is for children aged 5–17 years. We’ll talk through your child’s needs, history, and goals, and introduce them to hypnotherapy in a gentle, age-appropriate way. If an initial consultation has been booked beforehand, this session allows more time for hypnosis itself, helping your child experience calm, confidence, and comfort from the very start.

This follow-up session is designed for children aged 5–17 years who have already completed an initial consultation. Each session builds on previous work, supporting your child to develop confidence, manage worries, and strengthen their sense of calm and resilience. Sessions are tailored to your child’s unique needs, using gentle, age-appropriate hypnotherapy techniques in a safe and supportive environment.

This follow-up session is designed for adults who have already completed an initial consultation. Each appointment continues the therapeutic process, focusing on your personal goals with tailored hypnotherapy techniques. Sessions provide a safe, supportive space to deepen your progress and build on previous work.
