Unlock Your Full Potential
Hypnosis has significantly improved the performance of thousands of elite athletes, now you can achieve the mental advantage over your competition with Hypnosis
Every athlete knows that performance isn’t just about physical skill — it’s also about focus, confidence, and mental strength. Even the most talented athletes can be held back by nerves, self-doubt, or fear of failure. Hypnosis helps you harness the power of your mind so your body can perform at its best.
Hypnosis can up your game to levels you never knew you were capable of
Sports hypnosis is a proven method for improving mental focus and building resilience. For those serious about being at the top of their sport, neglecting the mental aspect of your performance and only focusing on the physical WILL keep you from achieving your full potential. Your mind has a SIGNIFICANT IMPACT on your physical body. In deep states of Hypnosis dentists have been able to pull teeth from patients with no pain, and surgeons have been able to perform operations without anesthesia while the client was in trance.
In these sessions you will learn to hypnotise yourself so you can advance your training, recover faster, and perform at higher levels. Of course, the effects of Hypnotherapy are different for everyone, however many elite athletes have said they couldn’t have achieved their success without mental training to support their physical training.
Hypnosis for sports performance can support you with:
Confidence under pressure – trust yourself when it counts most
Focus and concentration – block out distractions and stay in the zone
Motivation and consistency – push through barriers and keep training on track
Managing nerves – transform anxiety into calm, focused energy
Recovery and resilience – release tension, speed up mental, physical, and emotional recovery after setbacks, block out physical pain

How does it work?
Hypnotherapy works by slowing your brainwaves down while the therapist uses certain words and phrases that causes your subconscious mind (the part of the mind where your limitations about what you believe is physically possible for you) to be open to new beliefs. While in trance, the Hypnotherapist gives your subconscious mind new beliefs and while in this open and attentive state, your mind believes these statements to be true.
Hypnosis is not sleep, it is focused attention while in a deep state of relaxation. You remain fully conscious and in control, and it feels like you are in a peaceful dream-like state, however if you wanted to you could always get up and leave the room.
You and the Hypnotherapist will discuss what you want to achieve and those new beliefs will be given to your subconscious mind while you are under Hypnosis. When you come out of trance, you are more likely to follow the new beliefs.
In these sessions you will:
Take a good look at your specific goals and decide what you want to achieve
You will look at the beliefs you hold about yourself from your childhood and work-through any beliefs that may have been holding you back that you didn’t even realise
You will look at your beliefs about yourself to determine if any need to be changed
Look at your diet and lifestyle, habits, fears, phobias, and whether procrastination or motivation is affecting you at any level
Go into your memory to determine whether any repressed memories from childhood are unknowingly affecting your performance now
Develop and anchor to “turn on” your peak performance levels in training and competition
Have conversations with different “parts” of yourself that may be preventing you from performing at your best
Cement visualisation of your future self in your subconscious mind which increases the likelihood that you will become or are that version of yourself
You will learn to hypnotise yourself so you can get into the zone at competition time
